Hi, this is Dipankar and I am here to help you bring in some positive changes in your life. I have 5 years of experience in body structure transformations, sports nutrition and general well being. I am a certified “Specialist in Sports Nutrition” by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and Sports Nutrition specialist by NESTA.
I started weight lifting when I was only 18 years old but then life took a different turn and I had to join my family business when I was 20. My physical condition started to deteriorate. From time to time, I tried to go back to the gym and get fit but it never lasted for more than a month. When I was 38 I reached my lifetime highest weight of 98kgs. Things took a real bad turn when one day I was admitted to a nursing home with severe chest pain and after few tests, I was told that due to bad lifestyle I had multiple blockages in my heart. I had to undergo angioplasty and multiple stents were inserted. That was the time I had decided to take control of my health. I joined a Facebook group and learned things from there and transformed myself. During this period, I got myself certified from ISSA and started working as a nutrition and fitness coach. My journey to help others get fit has begun.
